SIDC web page portal.sukl.sk/eskadra serves to healthcare professionals (physicians and pharmacists) and patients as tool for reporting suspected adverse drug reactions.

You send the information about suspected adverse reaction by filling web form and sending it to State Institute for Drug Control, which will process and evaluate every report. For more information about filling the form please see the instruction for filling.
