Notice of medicinal product export

State Institute for Drug Control´s website portal.sukl.sk/vyvoz provides the service for marketing authorisation holders (MAH) to electronically notificate the export of a medicinal product.

After filling in and submitting the form containing the information on exported medicinal product, provided information will be published on above-mentioned website after processing. Read the guide „how to fill in the form“ to provide all needed data correctly.
